Therapeutic Indications: This product is a potent opioid analgesic which is used as sedative and analgesic during the anesthetic periods, premedication and in the immediate postoperative period. It is the common drug in operations combined with general anesthesia.

It is used as preanesthetic medication and induction of anesthesia. It is also analgesic adjunct combined with general anesthetic and local anesthetic in kinds of operations. When 0.05mg of this product(calculated as Fentanyl) was used combined with 2.5 mg of droperidol before anesthesia. It can induce a state of neuroleptic analgesia in which the patient is calm and indifferent. |
